The eight-year presidency of Barack Hussein Obama is mercifully coming to a close. However, in the few weeks, he has left, Obama reportedly plans to inflict some of his worst agendas on us on his way out the door.
Analysts predict that Obama will add to his long list of executive orders, issue a series of rules, and throw in a controversial pardon or two as well.
“I do think a pardon for Huma and Weiner might happen,” said Michael McKenna, a Republican lobbyist, referring to Clinton aide Huma Abedin and her disgraced husband Anthony Weiner.
“What we’ve seen in the past is when the outgoing president is replaced by somebody from the opposition party, then in the waning months of their presidency there’s a burst of regulatory and rule-making activity,” said William G. Howell, a political scientist at the University of Chicago.
Given Obama’s penchant for executive orders during his presidency, we can only imagine how many he plans to issue during his final days in office…
