Entitled liberals all over America were so cocky going into Tuesday’s election that they thought there was absolutely no chance Donald Trump would be able to beat Hillary Clinton. That’s why they’re still reeling from the shock of this result days later, as reports are coming in of who Trump is considering for his cabinet.
Daily Caller reported that Trump is strongly considering appointing former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin as his Secretary of the Interior, much to liberals’ dismay. Throughout Trump’s campaign, Palin has made no secret of the fact that she would be interested in serving on his administration.“If I were head of that, I’d get rid of it,” Palin said in an interview in September, referring to the Department of Energy, adding that abolishing the department would give states greater control of energy policy within their borders.
Palin went on to say that she would commit to moving the U.S. away from foreign forms of oil and gas and toward domestic energy.
“Energy is my baby,” the former vice presidential nominee said. “Oil and gas and minerals — those things that God has dumped on this part of the earth for mankind’s use instead of us relying on unkind foreign nations for us to import their resources.”
Politico reported that Trump’s transition team is also considering Lucas Oil co-founder Forrest Lucas, and Arizona Gov. Janet Brewer. Lucas, whose company is at the top of the fracking industry, is considered the frontrunner for the position.
Liberals have spent the last eight years relentlessly mocking Palin, so the prospect of her being in a position of power is terrifying to them. SHARE this story if you want Trump to appoint Sarah Palin to his cabinet!
