Election Day is finally upon us, and as of Tuesday morning, one candidate had a very slight lead.
USA Today reported that New Hampshire allowed their cities that have less than 100 citizens “open their polls at midnight and close them as soon as all registered voters have cast their ballots.” That scenario played out at midnight in three New Hampshire towns: Dixville Notch, Hart’s Location and Millsfield.
According to Conservative Tribune, the clear victor in these three towns was Donald Trump, who beat Hillary Clinton with 32 votes to her 25.
While this comes as good news to Trump, the bad news is these three towns represent a tiny sliver of the American population. Each of these towns are conservative-leaning and have historically voted for Republican candidates.
We can only hope that the rest of the country follows suit, and that by the end of today, Donald Trump is our next president. Who do you think will win? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
